Men's Winter Fashion - Christmas Partywear Guide

Winter is officially here. My thick coats, turtlenecks and woolly accessories have finally all come out of the closet and taken prime position in my winter wardrobe. Even though I probably have every shade of crew neck jumper going, I always find myself browsing the web on an evening, looking for this years statement coat, festive jumper or the perfect shirt for the work Christmas party.

I always find shopping for a work Christmas party outfit one of the most stressful things - even more stressful than a birthday outfit. What the hell am I meant to wear when work says 'smart casual'? Last year this exact situation happened. I turned up looking swarve in my trustworthy black turtleneck, some great fitting grey trousers and laced leather shoes where as some other guys took the term 'smart' very casually.

ZenithOptimedia Christmas Party - Bearded Couture

I always love dressing up for Christmas parties so when I heard that this year our it was 'dress to impress' I was rather happy. As I was browsing the internet the other evening, I came across a lookbook by Thomas Pink. They had some really nice statement pieces that would be great for any Christmas party, whether this be 'smart casual' or 'dress to impress'.

This Fortune roll neck jumper is similar to what I wore last year and is great if you are going straight from the office to the party. PARTY NOTE: Wear deodorant, it may get hot.

Joe&Johns Orange and Turquoise Pocketbags - Review *

Over a month ago, the lovely people at Joe&Johns contacted me about a really exciting opportunity to review some of their awesome products. Not only this, but they also asked if I would like to host a competition on my blog for one lucky reader to win a t-shirt and a Pocketbag. So when the boyfriend and I went back home to Devon this bank holiday weekend, we thought this was the perfect time to take some pictures and show off the tee in all it's glory.

Joe&Johns kindly sent me a crisp white t-shirt and two Pocketbags from their Turquoise and Orange ranges to mix up my look with ease. I have worn these quite a few times and absolutely loved it, but I decided to get my boyfriend (and Buster the dog) involved with the modelling for this post. So, the pictures below are of the first Pocketbag, an amazing print of the Taj Mahal from their Turquoise range.

The Making of Harry Potter - Warner Bros. Studio Tour London

Blogging has taken a bit of a back seat recently, purely because I have not done anything particularly interesting (except drinking) and work has taken over my life. However, on Saturday I surprised my boyfriend and took him to the Warner Brothers Studio in London for a behind the scenes tour of "The Making of Harry Potter".

I planned this trip around 5 weeks ago whilst my boyfriend Luke was travelling. He absolutely loves Harry Potter so this was a great surprise for when he got back. I booked the 5pm tour which cost £33 each for an Adult ticket and being the organised individual that I am, I also purchased two day return train tickets to Watford Junction for around £6 each. Bargain.

The Making of Harry Potter - Warner Bros. Studio Tour London

Admittedly, we went out the night before so we weren't feeling that fresh but we were both extremely excited for what was ahead of us. Whilst we were in the queue, the first set that we saw was Harry's bedroom from The Philosophers Stone, the cupboard under the stairs. We only got a quick glance of this before everyone on our tour got directed into a big room, where the tour guide talked us through the success of the 8 films and the impact Harry Potter has had on the world.

The Making of Harry Potter - Cupboard Under The Stairs

It was explained that every item of clothing, prop and film set within the tour were 100% genuine and used throughout the 8 films, so when I saw the doors to the Great Hall, I kind of got rather excited. When the doors opened, the Great Hall was revealed. It was a bit smaller than I expected but nonetheless, breathless. Here we saw a number of costumes from some of the main characters, the house points hourglasses, Dumbledore's podium and more. We also found out that the tiles in the Great Hall are made of real slate due to the amount of use they would have - cheeky HP fact there.

Vanilla and strawberry jam butterfly cupcake recipe

Vanilla and strawberry jam butterfly cupcake recipe - Bearded Couture

Last week was my time to shine at our work bake off. So, every week around three or four people anonymously bake something around a given theme. Some of the themes we have included London Underground stations, spice, boozy nights but mine was cupcakes - something that I like to think of being a speciality of mine.

I originally wanted to make coffee and walnut cupcakes but I thought that this may not be something everyone liked. So, I stuck to something a bit more safe and decided to make vanilla and strawberry jam butterfly cupcakes. They went down a treat at work and I won the majority of this weeks vote so I thought I would share my recipe with you all so you can recreate them.

Vanilla and strawberry jam butterfly cupcake recipe - Bearded Couture

What ingredients do I need?
4 oz of self raising flour4 oz of caster sugar, 4 oz of margarine
2 eggsNielsen-Massey vanilla extract, strawberry jamicing sugar
unsalted butterpink food colouringvanilla pods, butterfly confetti

How do I make these cupcakes?
1) Preheat the oven to 180°C / Gas mark 4
1) Weigh out the self raising flour, caster sugar and margarine and place into a a mixing bowl
2) Using your fingers, rub the margarine into the sugar and flour
3) Crack the two eggs and add a cap full of Nielsen-Massey vanilla extract into the mixture
4) Stir until there are no more lumps left in the mixture
5) Using an ice cream scoop, place a scoopful of the cupcake mixture into the cupcake cases
6) Place in the oven for 15 minutes until the cupcakes are cooked through and golden brown on top. You can test whether they are ready to come out the oven by sticking a knife in the centre of a cupcake and if it comes out clean, they are cooked
7) Move to one side and let the cupcakes cool down

Bluebeards Revenge Blogger Challenge #manliestofmanes *

Bluebeards Revenge Blogger Challenge - Bearded Couture

Bluebeards Revenge have just released a brand new range of hair-styling products which has caused a bit of a stir in the world of male grooming. They recently contacted me to see if I would like to put these products to the test and take part in an exclusive blogger challenge which I happily accepted.

The problem I have is that my hair is that it is very straight. For many girls out there, this would be an absolute dream but it causes me a lot of unnecessary hassle and I can spend a lot of time faffing around before leaving the house. Bluebeards Revenge kindly sent me three products to try from their new range including Pomade, Matt Paste and Matt Clay.

The first one I tried was Pomade. This hair product had a jelly like consistency and I was surprised that it was very easy to work with. I decided to go for more of a slick hairstyle with this product, as it gave a high-shine finish and lasting hold for a sharp, yet structured style.

Bluebeards Revenge Blogger Challenge - Bearded Couture

The second product that I used was the Matt Paste which was my favourite out of the three. I have used a similar product to this before and knew that it worked well with my hair. The paste gave my hair a lot of texture and provided that necessary volume which it naturally lacks. I didn't even have to try very hard with this product to get a style that I was happy with which is always a bonus (and also saves a lot of time)!

Joe&Johns Pocketbags - An ethical clothing enterprise *

I am really, really excited about this new collaboration. Recently, I was contacted by Joe&Johns, an ethical clothing enterprise who have created the Pocketbags. Pocketbags, are a detachable, Indian inspired garment pocket which can be swapped and changed to allow the wearer to mix up their look with ease. The great thing about this company, which stands above other new businesses, is that for every pocket sold, the founders Joe and John will provide a child in India with a school bag, helping to give back to the country which inspired them.

How lovely is that?

Joe&Johns Pocketbags Ethical Clothing Charity - Bearded Couture

I just wanted to give you a bit of background information about how the company was formed and also to let you know that they have kindly offered to provide a t-shirt and one of the Pocketbags as a competition prize on my blog! Keep an eye out as this will be live in the next few weeks!

Joe and John were inspired to make a difference after a spontaneous trip to India where they swapped their home comforts for rucksacks. During their trip, they found themselves on a sleeper train where they met a young brother and sister begging for food and small amounts of money.

After sharing their food with the young family, they spent the rest of the train ride talking and playing games with the children. But as the journey continued, reality hit home. The children were just 5 and 7 years old and the difference between these children’s lives and of many of those back in England were incomparable. Children of this age should be enjoying their life without a care in the world, however it was evident not all children had this luxury.

Sitges Gay Pride 2015

This post has been a longgg time coming. I should have written it weeks ago, way before my London Pride 2015 blog post, but I have been so busy at work as I received a promotion and I have finally moved house to Clapham *wooo*. Now I am more settled, I thought it was about time to write a follow up post about my holiday in Sitges

So, around four or five weeks ago now, me and all of the boys went to Sitges Gay Pride for the second year running. As you can tell we absolutely love it there. We flew out on the Tuesday bright and early and landed around 11am. The weather felt like we were still in London as it wasn't very warm and it was raining. Not what we paid for. However, we weren't disheartened and still spent the day by the pool, shaking, pretending it was warm.

Sitges Gay Pride 2015 - Bearded Couture

Later on in the day, the sun finally decided to make an appearance and we ventured to the town centre for some food. The first night I had a really nice rump steak and a couple of cold beers - it was amazing. After, we slowly strolled back to the hotel, taking selfies and group photos of our not so sunkissed, day 1, holiday tans.

Sitges Gay Pride 2015 - Bearded Couture

Sitges Gay Pride 2015 - Bearded Couture

Our first night out was incredible. All of the photos were quite blurred though so unfortunately I don't have any to share so you'll just have to believe me. We all woke up with horrible hangovers but got ready and ventured to the gay beach for some sea, sun, tanning and beer. My favourite things. This was generally our day time routine, so I won't bore you with repetition in this post. For dinner we went to an Italian on the seafront but the service was shocking. They didn't give me my food with everyone else but when it finally came out, it was the wrong order. I tried to complain but there was a language barrier and she made me pay anyway. Rude haha. Anyway, again we got ready, did pres and then went out. However, this night I went skinny dipping. I have never felt so liberated and wanted to do it every night for the rest of the week but then we got told off by a lifeguard so we gave up trying.

Things to do in the picturesque town of Sitges, Barcelona

If anyone wants to go on holiday to a picturesque seaside town, then Sitges is the place for you. Situated 30 minutes south west of Barcelona airport, Sitges offers something for everyone.

Whether this be for families with young or older children, a clubbing holiday or a romantic getaway, this pretty little town will blow you away by its beaches, history and also the people who live there. Sitges is also well known for it's LGBT friendly environment and embraces Gay Prides every year.

I have been to Sitges two years in a row now and loved each time more and more. For both of my visits, my friends and I stayed in Melia Sitges. This stunning 4 star hotel is a 15 minute coastal walk from the main hustle and bustle of the town centre and amazing beaches. With lovely views, posh rooms and extremely friendly staff, this hotel was worth every penny. Also, if you sign up to the rewards scheme, you get a discount if you decide to return again.

Elliot Rhodes Covent Garden Store Experience - Review *

Last week I received a lovely email from Elliot Rhodes asking if I would like to come in to have the store experience and get to know the brand. Obviously I replied straight away as I absolutely love Elliot Rhodes and have admired their amazing collection of belts and buckles for ages.

Elliot Rhodes Covent Garden Store Experience - Bearded Couture

The founder, Justin Rhodes, opened his first store in 2004 and has expanded rapidly to form three central London stores, a concession stand at Harrods and also a store overseas in Japan. Each store has it's own on-site measuring service, where the wonderful staff personally fit your chosen belt to size. They also do all size alterations free of charge, so it doesn't matter if you gain or lose a few pounds. Perfect for Christmas eh.

London Gay Pride 2015

Last weekend was London Gay Pride. My second pride this year after attending Sitges 2 weeks ago, which you can read about in the next few days. Sadly, not all of my boys could make it this year but I also got to spend it with my boyfriend which made it all better.

We arrived at Piccadilly Circus around 1pm to get ourselves a good spot for the parade but we were very early. The parade didn't reach us until around 2pm. To fill the time, we grabbed lots of booze from Tesco and started to drink the day away. I hadn't eaten that much so far, so one cider went to my head a bit.

Eventually the parade came and it was fabulous. I love pride because it allows everyone be exactly who they want to be, whether it be straight, lesbian, bi, gay, trans, queer, intersex or asexual. Everyone was in one place celebrating the same thing. What made the day even better was the announcement that same-sex marriage is now a legal right across the USA. YEAHHH.

Men's body grooming guide to manscaping with Remington *

For me, there are three types of men in the world. Ones who embrace their hairy body, those who have little/no hair and finally, men who manscape. Like me. Guys manscape for a number of reasons for example cosmetic purposes, to get a bit more body confident and even sports... Yes, manscaping isn't just all about trimming the lower regions. Well, kinda.

I am partial to a bit of body hair (as you can tell from my previous post) but it can be a pain to many. However, there is good news, you can sort it out! From a guy waxing his chest to plucking his eyebrows and trimming his privates, manscaping can take place all over the body. Personally, I remove my body hair by trimming and for years, I have used clippers. I bet many men shuddered at that but I had got very good at using them.. I should have become a barber.

Recently, I was contacted by Remington, who asked if I would like to review their new Delicates and Body Hair Trimmer. I jumped at the chance as my clippers were about to die and I have wanted one of these for ages.

This little beauty has been specifically designed for men who require a specialist intimate body-grooming tool. Using Comfort-tip blades, the trimmer offers security to ensure you don't cut yourself during its use. It is great for those secret manscapers out there as it can be used in the shower and once charged, it lasts for 60 minutes. Plenty of time for a full body trim. It is also accompanied by three grade attachments to help blend or trim areas to a desired length.

Neutral Coloured Menswear Wishlist - Zara UK

A few months ago, I was all for wearing black on black on black. As you could imagine, my wardrobe wasn't the most colourful but I never really struggled to find something to wear. These days I am all for wearing neutral colours layered upon on each other. Whether this be different shades of white, grey, cream, beige or the odd pastel, it is a great look during the summer months and helps to emphasise your tan.

Recently I have fallen in love with Zara. I know I am a very late starter to this high street brand but it never really suited me before. They have a great range of menswear and if you live or work in central London, you are lucky enough to have around 5 of these stores between Tottenham Court Road and Bond Street. What more could you want? Quite dangerous on the bank account though.

Jamie Oliver Recipease Mexican lesson review - Notting Hill

A few weeks ago, the boyfriend and I decided that we wanted to do a cooking lesson. I have always wanted to do something like this, so when Luke found a Groupon deal for Jamie Oliver's Recipease Mexican street food in Notting Hill, we booked it there and then. If you book online, the lessons cost £45 per person however, we paid £22.50 each - absolute steal!!

Four of us ended up going to the cooking lesson which started at 19:00 sharp. We were greeted with glasses of champagne from our great host, Rachael who was a great chef and very patient with everyone. She told us that we would be making hand pressed soft corn tortillas, sticky smoked chipotle chicken, sautéed spinach with herbs and feta cheese, and a spicy roasted corn salsa. To accompany this, we were also making Jamie’s smashed guacamole and a chunky tomato salsa.. It's making my mouth water again just thinking about it!

Are you GAY beach body ready?

Around the same time every year, I always have the same dilemma. Do I need to lose weight? Will I look like a beached whale? Do I need to tone up? What will everyone else think of my body?

Going on a gay holiday, especially to a pride event, adds extra pressure to ensure that you look your best. I always start off really motivated with aims of joining the gym to tone up and shifting my beer belly ready for my holiday later on in the year. However, it always trails off and I end up giving into pints of lager and 2 piece chicken meals from the chicken shop which isn't going to help.

But I want to ask the question, with more homosexuals attracted to 'muscular gym going straight acting lads' and the added pressure to take care of yourself and look your best, why can't you be comfortable in your own skin?

Bank Holiday Saturday day trip to Brighton

I seem to have neglected my blog for the past 10 days due to my extremely busy lifestyle, both at home and socially. "Boo F*cking Hoo" I hear you say but I can't help it that I'm so popular *Mean Girls quote*. But seriously, I haven't had much time recently to sit down at my laptop and tell the world about what has happened in my life but don't worry.. I'm backkk.

During the recent Bank Holiday, my friend, boyfriend and I decided to go on a little day trip to Brighton. I absolutely love this beautiful city as it is picturesque, holds so many memories and reminds me of my own little home town in Devon, mainly due to the seaside and pier.

Things to do in Cardiff - Bank holiday travel adventure

Instead of going to Paris for May Bank Holiday as planned, we ended up going to the Welsh valleys. Now, you may be thinking 'what did you do in Wales for three days?' but I'll tell you for why.. There is actually a lot of cheap and fun activities to do to fill your time.

As usual, we found our apartment on Airbnb (but this time wasn't overly impressed so I won't share the link) and got the Megabus there and back which only took an extra hour compared to a train and saved us £30. We left early on Saturday morning so we could make the most of the day. After dropping our bags off, we made our way to Cardiff Bay.

Formal Menswear with HiFashion Sherin *

Recently, I did a little menswear collaboration with my good friend Sherin from HiFashion and House of Fraser to help promote their connection with the BAFTAs. They wanted us to create a lookbook style post featuring a formal shirt which I had a red carpet feel.

I decided to go a bit more informal with my outfit and choose a chic light blue Polo Ralph Lauren shirt which I have had my eyes on for ages. It has such a classic shape and fitted me perfectly. What more could you want from a shirt? I teamed this up with my favourite suit from H&M, which I purchased around two years ago.

Gordon Castle Gin review *

If you haven't gathered already, I am very partial to a drink of the alcoholic kind. A weekend never seems to pass where I actually ended up being sober.. maybe I have issues? But who cares haha. One of my favourite drink choices is a nice cold glass of gin and tonic with a few slices of fresh lime. So when Gordon Castle Scotland contacted me and asked if they could send me a few samples of their award winning gin, I was not going to say no.

I thought the perfect time to try this sweet nectar was at my boyfriends house party last weekend. It had been an amazing day in sunny London and this beverage ticked all the boxes. When I opened the sample, the smell wasn't as over powering as some gins I tend to buy which can sometimes put me off. This did make me think that the gin wasn't going to be that strong.. But I was wrong.

Vanilla, raspberry & white chocolate layered sponge cake *

Recently I was contacted by the lovely team at Baking Mad who asked if I would be willing to try recreating a Victoria sponge cake recipe featuring Nielsen-Massey extract. Obviously I jumped to the chance as I haven't baked a cake this complicated before and I've wanted to use the Nielsen-Massey range for ages.

Baking Mad Nielsen-Massey Vanilla, Raspberry and White Chocolate Sponge Cake - Bearded Couture

Cake Ingredients:
400g white chocolate, 300g unsalted butter, 300ml whole milk
2 tsp Nielsen-Massey vanilla bean paste, 300g Billington's golden caster sugar
4 large eggs, 450g Allinson plain flour, 3 tsp baking powder
150g raspberry jam, glacier cherries

Icing Ingredients:
750g white chocolate, 1 tsp Nielsen-Massey vanilla bean paste, 250ml single cream

1) Line two cane tins with baking paper and preheat oven to gas mark 4.
2) Melt the White chocolate, butter and milk together in a small pan. Once completed, leave to cool.
3) Fold in the sugar, vanilla, eggs, flour and baking powder until well combined. Divide mixture equally into both cake tins and place in oven for 45-55 minutes until golden and springy to touch.
4) To create the icing, place chocolate, cream and vanilla in a heatproof bowl over simmering water and stir until melted.
5) Cover bowl with cling film and place in the fridge to cool for 90 minutes until it reaches a thick, spreadable consistency.
6) To assemble the cake, spread some of the icing and a generous helping of raspberry jam on the top of the first half of the cake and then place the second half on top to create the layers.
7) Using a palette knife, spread the remaining of the filling over the top and sides of the assembled cake and decorate with glacier cherries for added texture and flavour.

Karma Feeling vegan soy candle review *

Homeware Homeware Homeware. My love for homeware is never ending but I have to admit, when it comes to candles, I have always been a bit stingy with them. I normally pick up the cheapest and best smelling candles from Primark which seem great at the time, but last a week.

Recently I was contacted by Karma Feeling who kindly sent me one of their new vegan soy candles to try out. These candles are 100% eco friendly, using cotton wicks and soy wax. Each candle retails at £20 which I thought seemed expensive but in the long run, is totally worth the price.

Karma Feeling Vegan Soy Candle - Bearded Couture

When I first opened the box, I wasn't that keen on the scent but it has really grown on me over the last few weeks, I guess I just wasn't used to it. I now find it extremely relaxing and dare I say it, 'calming' before I go to bed. I am also really impressed with how long it seems to be lasting as I light it most evenings for several hours and it doesn't seem to be going down. Comparing this to other candles that I have purchased, I can see that I have been making the wrong decisions for years.

How to make homemade sushi rolls

Last weekend I finally got around to making homemade sushi and it actually wasn't as hard as I thought! The boyfriend and I ventured to Sainsbury's to buy the tools and ingredients (minus the pre-purchased avocado and soy sauce) which came to just under £17.00:

To beard or not to beard?

As my blog is titled 'Bearded Couture', I thought it was about time that I actually posted something related to beards. Now, there has always been a debate whether guys look better with or without facial hair so I have decided to settle this once and for all.

Bearded Couture - Beard, stubble or clean shaven?
Photo from MeMD Blog

Since the age of 17, I have always had some form of facial hair to try and make myself look a bit older and get into nightclubs. I decided to grow what is known as a 'chin strap' with an added mustache and it was far from stylish. Luckily, as I grew up and my style changed, I grew this out and started to grow manly stubble. Grrr. Since then, I haven't actually shaved once. I bet you are all thinking "but how has it stayed the same length?!" Well the answer to this question, which I do often receive, is to trim. Shock.

My stubble has varied in length over the years but now I tend to trim it every two weeks. As you can probably guess, I am not the most rugged guy around and like to keep myself looking pristine. I personally prefer having a beard as it gives a more rugged and manly persona. If I didn't have one, I think I would look a bit odd and potentially, a bit girly.

I think it is pretty obvious that beards have huge sex appeal and it expresses that the man is masculine, rugged and more dominant in the bedroom. I guess it dates back to the Stone Age with cavemen. Not that I am attracted to cavemen. It also add more definition to your face and gives the impression that the bearded hunk is trendy, older, sophisticated and a bit of a bad ass. Come on. Everyone likes a bad boy.

What does your bedroom say about you? *

Have you ever heard the saying ‘tidy room, tidy mind’? Well, your bedroom can say much more about you than that! From the colour palette to the furnishings, the eye of an interior designer can decode your decorating to see what person lives between the four walls. You might not design your room to give off this specific idea, but your subconscious guides you to elements that say more than ‘ooh, doesn’t that look nice?’

Recently, I was contacted Samuel Charles Interiors who wanted to find out exactly what my room said about me. So they took a peek behind my bedroom door to uncover exactly who I really am.

"Looking at Michael’s modern room, you instantly gain plenty of positive vibes. Light wooden furnishings, colourful bedding and a decent-sized space to customise exactly how he wants, there’s lots going on.

Bedroom Home Interior Design - Bearded Couture

One thing we noticed was the emphasis on lighting. Light wooden furnishings, beautiful fresh flowers and reflecting white walls, yet the curtains are closed!

Those big beautiful windows should be used to illuminate the room to its full potential. Brighter coloured curtains would invite the sunrays into your room for a seamless transition. The darker curtains currently create a black halo around your windows, taking away part of the sunshine. If you’re concerned about the lighter mornings disrupting your sleep, keep an eye out for a heavier fabric and maybe even give yourself a little DIY project to make a new set yourself!

I'm a lucky, lucky boy

I am not one for PDA or talking about relationships online but I think this one deserves a little mention. These last two and a half weeks have been long but well worth the wait.

Recently, my boyfriend went back to Australia to see his family and take full advantage of the Easter holidays. Even though he was on the other side of the world, he hadn't forgotten about little old me. Last week, I received a special surprise at work when a big bouquet of pink tulips turned up for me in the post *blushes*. Reception rang my work phone and said that they had some flowers for me downstairs. I was very confused. "Flowers? For me? Are you sure?". They were beautiful and I couldn't stop smiling. It was the cutest thing anyone has ever done for me.

Male grooming with Scaramouche & Fandango - Product review *

I am normally quite up to date with male grooming products but recently I discovered Scaramouche and Fandango. I hadn't heard of this brand before so when they asked if I wanted to review some of their products, I was very happy to oblige.

Within two days of being contacted, I received a lovely parcel in the post containing the 'Fs' Face Scrub and 'Hy' Hydrator. For the past week I have included these in my daily beauty regime and I am already really impressed with the results.

Scaramouche & Fandango 'Fs and 'Hy' - Bearded Couture

I admit, getting older, a lack of sleep and my party lifestyle hasn't been great for my skin. I always look tired, my complexion is dull and those pesky wrinkles are making more of an appearance. So, when I read that both of these products help to fight fatigue and tighten skin, I was really excited to try them out.

Primark homeware haul

When I get paid, the first thing I will do is go to the nearest store which sells homeware and buy it all. In the month of April, this was Primark. I have always loved the homeware in Primark and I actually don't know how much money I have spent in there.

Primark Homeware Haul - Bearded Couture

Storage Box - £5.00
Flamingo Cushion - £4.00
Flamingo Picture Frame - £3.50
Art Deco Double Duvet Set - £12.00
Sweet Pineapple and Ginger Diffuser - £3.00
Sweet Pineapple and Ginger Scented Candle - £2.00
Passion Fruit and Vanilla Cream Scented Candle - £2.00

All together, this came to £31.50 which I think is an absolute steal. I am in love with pastels and art deco style patterns lately which fits in with the rest of my room perfectly. I also recently picked up this lovely little box in the picture below at the Ideal Home Show last weekend which only cost £5. Bargain.
