Discover your Designer Scent with Scentbird Perfume Subscription

Scents are one of my favourite things in the world. Whether that be food, room fragrances or the smell of freshly cut grass, personally, there isn’t much else better in the world. Scents and fragrances are such powerful things. They can trigger memories that you had forgotten about for years in just one gentle waft, bringing back a number of feeling and emotions, which may not always be something that you wish to remember.

At work I am pretty well known for my aftershaves and I have built up a pretty good collection over the years. I believe that you should mix and match your scents, depending on the occasion. Something a bit lighter for the day, and powerful at night. There isn’t anything wrong for having a signature smell, I did that for years but if you are like me, you spray yourself 12 times to actually smell the aftershave on you and soon run out. Swapping and changing your scents allows you to enjoy them more.

My aftershaves collection includes:

- Diesel Plus Pus Masculine – My very first aftershave
- Burberry Original for Men – My favourite aftershave as a teen
- Montblanc Legend – The most beautiful smell ever
- Versace Eros – A gift from my friend
- Paco Rabanne Black XS – My annual Christmas present from my Gran

I am always looking to try out new scents and last year on holiday, my friend sprayed me with Spicebomb by Viktor & Rolf before we went out and I instantly fell in love. It has a highly addictive explosion of spices, built on a balmy, woody vetiver trail. Absolutely delicious. It has been on my purchase list for quite some time but keep forgetting to buy it. This was until I was contacted by Scentbird.
Scentbird is a subscription service for luxury fragrances, where by each month they send subscribers a 30 day supply (0.27oz) of a fragrance of their choice for $14.95 per month. Right now, that’s about £12 per month. With over 500 fragrances from brands such as Tom Ford, Dolce & Gabbana, Kenneth Cole, and many more, you are literally spoilt for choice.

They asked if I would like to try out the subscription service and obviously I wanted to try out Spicebomb as it is the perfect aftershave for Autumn. When it turned up, I was happily surprised with an extra cologne, Thirdman Eau Inexplicable, a woody aromatic fragrance for both men and women.

I think this subscription service is such a good idea as it can be quite expensive to build up a good collection. It also gives you the opportunity to either find your signature scent, or swap and change each month deepening on your style, the season or occasion.

Purchasing fragrances online allows you to find the best deal around - unless you have the cash to splash in store. Why not check out Scentbird here!
